What we deliver

No-dig pipe rehabilitation

No-dig techniques are our preferred approach wherever possible — repairing and renewing pipes with minimal disruption and far greater efficiency than traditional excavation. At the heart of this is Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP): a resin-impregnated liner inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place to form a strong, seamless new pipe wall inside the old one.

Our process

Every job begins with a CCTV inspection to assess the pipe's condition, followed by thorough cleaning to remove debris, roots and obstructions. A resin-impregnated liner is then inverted into place using air pressure and cured — using ambient temperature, hot water, steam or light, depending on the application. Once set, any branch connections are reinstated using robotic cutters and high-pressure jetters, leaving a fully restored, watertight pipe.

Bluelight CIPP

We also use Bluelight CIPP, which cures the liner with blue-LED light for a faster, cleaner installation and reduced environmental impact. The benefits are significant: minimal disruption to surfaces and traffic, lower overall costs, improved on-site safety, an eco-friendlier process, and a rehabilitated pipe with a design life of 50–60 years.
